Return to Wellness is a clinical spa, with a focus on refining and maintaining the integrity of your health. 

 

The mission of Return to Wellness massage is to foster harmonious relationships between all beings, through the use of massage therapy. In this way, more individuals can set an uplifting example of balance in their own families, their communities, and in our world.

 

We all deal with stress, worldly demands, and loss in our own ways. Some ways are useful and some ways cause even more discomfort. Stressful situations can cause us to develop defensive or aggressive behaviors, not to mention high levels of cortisol-a  stress chemical that effects the balance in our brains.

Massage and bodywork, can help alleviate the causes of chronic muscular tension and pain, improve circulation, increase joint flexibility, reduce mental and physical fatigue and stress, promote faster healing of injured muscular tissue, improve posture, and reduce blood pressure. Massage and bodywork are also known to promote better sleep, improve concentration, reduce anxiety and generate an overall sense of well-being.
